- As the Executive Assistant, you will be instrumental in the delivery of the Connected Intelligence Engineering team support, necessary to CI success. In a fast changing, digital, service environment, you contribute to finding innovative solutions.
- To be successful you should be able to demonstrate the following:
- You will use your strong analytical skills and capacity to summarize to support business understanding of complex inputs
- You will act as the catalyst in drumbeating the team in the implementation of overall strategy, improvement & transformation
- You will support Connected Intelligence Engineering ambition by ensuring team inputs are delivered OQOT
- You will drive performance improvement of the Engineering team at large (budget, team dynamics, team collaboration, performance dashboard, team duties, ...)
- You will be actively involved in the transformation of Connected Intelligence business
Task and responsibilities
The job holder in the role of the Executive Assistant is responsible for Supporting the Executive in his day to day activities, anticipating needs and preparing scenarii, decision-making- or presentations- material accordingly.- Managing schedules / calendar alignment in close coordination with the Personal Assistant
- Influencing key stakeholders and fostering relationships to deliver reliably
- Managing the coordination of cross-functional and transnational interfaces, being able to manage a broad network at all hierarchical levels to collect views from bottom-up approach too
- Animating and facilitating key team meetings and events
- Identifying customer value, business needs and improvement opportunities
- Leading some specific action plans / projects and supporting the N-1 management team
- You will be responsible to consolidate inputs & monitor Connected Intelligence Dashboard, and related corrective action plan
- You will develop materials (Slides, Excel tabs, speaker notes,...) for all Executive meetings and divisional campaigns
- You will be actively involved into the management of the Connected Intelligence team: budget definition)

- You are open and willing to work in all kinds of environments.
- You are fluent in English with experience of working across multiple countries & cultures; German & French would be a plus
