Our goal is to pave the way for the world to achieve a net-zero energy system by selling our energy storage systems to support renewable energy sources.

For a fast growing market and our ambitious hiring roadmap, STABL is currently seeking motivated working students to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in the full recruitment process from drafting job proposals, keeping an overview of various recruiting channels, candidate screening as well as first candidate interviews.

More important, you’ll significantly contribute to our fight against climate catastrophe by helping us grow our company.

Tasks

What you will do

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with various aspects of the recruitment process, including creation of job postings, marketing, resume screening, and multi-channel candidate sourcing.
  • Collaborate with the entire team to understand their recruitment needs and requirements.
  • Conduct initial screenings of candidates, reviewing resumes and assessing qualifications.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and interviewers.
  • Support the preparation and distribution of offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Contribute to improving and streamlining the recruitment process and candidate experience.

Requirements

What you bring to the team (experience & qualifications)

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled as a student, preferably in psychology, HR, business administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Curious to learn to know candidates and communicate with them in a friendly, engaging manner.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition processes is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, German could be a plus.
