your impact - The team
HR DT(HR Digital Technology) is part of the Corporate cluster within E.ON Digital Technology and is responsible for all HR IT Solutions within the E.ON Group. HR DT provides IT solutions for the full lifecycle of the employee, like recruiting, onboarding, payroll & time management, learning and many more.
In regards of learning we aim to engage and activate all employees in their individual digital upskilling and reskilling journeys. We do this by providing learning offers in key digital technologies (E.g. Data, AI, Process Automation, Cloud, Cyber Security more), workplace tools and practices (E.g. Agile), as well as delivering a best-in-class learning experience to E.ON’s employees
meaningful & challenging - Your tasks
  • Design, Develop & Deploy a central Data Lake for our employee learning behaviour from our central learning platform and 3rd party suppliers
  • Develop and optimize automated data pipelines
  • Improve our learning data in regards of reliability, efficiency and quality
  • Design & deploy ‘Learning data as a Service’ towards business stakeholders on learning trends, patterns, and key performance indicators related to employee learning behaviours
  • Ensure data driven approach, customer centricity and excellent UX in all Learning Data related matters
  • Communicate complex ideas to all relevant stakeholders ensuring buy-in
  • Strong collaboration with other colleagues in a product-oriented agile Team (Learning Experience)
  • Ensure compliance with data protection, information security and workers council policies
authentic & ambitious - Your profile
  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in the field of Computer/Data Science, Data Engineering or a related field
  • 3+ years of applying Machine Learning algorithms in day to day work. Experience with Azure Machine Learning Studio.
  • Experience with any cloud provider for Data Lake/Data Warehousing (preferably Azure), Scripting language (Python/R)
  • Knowledge of accessing data via APIs
  • Familiarity with advance SQL (aggregates, joins, etc.),for querying databases and extracting relevant data
  • Knowledge of deploying end to end data solution (preferable, knowledge of CI/CD)
  • A plus is to have previous experience with building recommendation engines
  • Strong analytical skills as well as solution and customer-oriented thinking
  • Mindset to complete tasks consciously, reliably, and end-to-end, with a high level of personal commitment with not only ability to work effectively in a team but also deliver on your commitments independently.
  • You love to work in an agile environment and you bring along experience in Biz Dev Ops and Scrum
  • Business fluent in English, both written and verbal, German skills are additional benefit
