For our client, Microsoft Germany GmbH, we are now hiring for the following position:

Event Coordinator (m/f/d)

• Alignment of events and experience programs with the company's overall strategy and guidelines
• Implementation and execution of the stakeholders' vision through event briefings in collaboration with the senior team
• Management and oversight of the event from planning to successful execution, ensuring adherence to budget and timeline
• Establishment and maintenance of relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the success of the event
• Responsibility for comprehensive management of the event budget throughout the entire event process
• Setting, identifying, and linking performance metrics to measure event success

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, public relations, humanities, performing arts, or a related field
• Professional experience in business-to-business, business-to-consumer, enterprise technology, digital, or experiential/event marketing
• Proven experience with virtual event platforms (Microsoft Teams, Event Builder, LinkedIn Live)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in maintaining and building business relationships
• Experience in the technology and/or advertising industry, as well as in broadcasting, is an advantage
• Fluent in spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage
