In the Global Procurement Communication team, we believe in the power of effective communication to drive engagement and foster a positive workplace culture. Our team is dedicated to delivering clear, consistent, and engaging messages across all levels of the organization.We are in search of a proactive and enthusiastic Communication Intern to enrich our team and elevate our internal communication endeavors.
Embarking on a role as a Communication Intern within our Global Procurement Communication Tea, places you at the strategic core of our internal communication initiatives, impacting roughly 4,000 employees across the globe. Collaborating closely with four communication specialists, you will provide essential support across a spectrum of key operations, ensuring effective and inspirational communication.
How You'll Make an Impact- Assist in the development of newsletters, presentations, and reports to showcase procurement successes
- Produce engaging posts and monitor the Procurement department's online interactions
- Coordinate workshops, training, and supplier meetings with a focus on communication and visibility
- Partner with departments to collect insights for improved communication strategies
- Maintain and update the Procurement SharePoint and other communication platforms
- Assist in creative communication activities such as creation of visual content, including graphics and videos, for internal use
- Assist with various communication-related tasks as required
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, and capable of translating complex concepts into clear, engaging messages
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media platforms
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for communication strategies and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, good time management abilities, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience with tools such as VISIO, Photoshop, and video editing software is advantageous
- Prior internships or job experience in communications, marketing, or related fields are preferred but not mandatory
- Reliability, determination, a strong work ethic, and enthusiasm for daily learning and tackling new challenges
