• Job Purpose:**

• Job Responsibilities:**
• Proactively identify areas for strategic sourcing initiatives
• Provide professional sourcing support for key business initiatives, supply market research intelligence to support business decisions in investments and budgets and establishment of contracts
• Prepare and conduct difficult negotiations in international environment, negotiated savings expected at minimum EUR 1 MN p.a
• Responsibility for EUR 25mn (+) spend
• Develop contracts together with Legal Team
• Lead RfIs and RfQs
• Ensure purchasing compliance
• Engage in projects and deliver on special tasks
• Influences others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practices
• Build relationships and understand customer and key stakeholders interests and concerns
• Job Requirements:**
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experiencequalification
• 4+ years of experience in sourcing
• Highly structured with analytical and conceptual capabilities
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Good negotiator and knowledge of negotiation strategies and tools
• Digitally savvy
• Solid knowledge of sourcing processes and tools
