• Basic understanding of IT hardware
• Experience dealing with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure
• Fluent written and spoken English skills
• Passionate about IT infrastructure and hardware or cabling
• Ability to work well with others in a team environment and displaying excellent time management skills
• Ability to take direction from both a directed work system and/or a team lead
• Capable to work at height and from ladders regularly
• Ability to lift or move up to 20 kg of equipment on a daily basis
• Ability to stand or walk for the majority of the work shift
