Tasks- Ensuring product quality through technical inspections during aircraft production
- Release of components for the production process including construction deviation management
- Processing of non-conformities, including deadline tracking, closure and fault rectification
- Technical instructions and supervision of authorised inspection personnel in quality assurance
- Training and induction of new authorised inspectors and acceptance of work samples
- Analysing and visualising quality problems with Practical Problem Solving (PPS)
- Carrying out trouble shooting for quick and sustainable troubleshooting
- Close cooperation with production and engineering to ensure quality standards
- Successfully completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic or comparable technical training with many years of professional experience
- Several years of professional experience in aircraft construction, line side support, aerospace and quality assurance
- Basic knowledge of total quality management and in the field of civil aviation (CA) documentation
- In-depth application knowledge of SAP and Google Workspace
- Business fluent in German and English
- A valid work permit for the European Union (no student visa)
