Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat in German.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services.
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
- Guide customers through processes and educate them on service offerings.
- Document customer interactions accurately for quality assurance.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a passion for customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural environment.
- Enjoy working in a diverse and collaborative team setting.
- Familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
