Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner and provide effective solutions.
- Educate customers about available services and assist them in making informed decisions.
- Document interactions accurately for quality assurance and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural environment.
- Positive mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
