Student Assistant People & Organizational Development*
in Bonn
The position is to be filled as soon as possible, with an initial contract duration of one year. There are good prospects for an extension. Employment location will be Bonn, Germany. Mobile work within Germany is possible in agreement with your team.You will work 20 hours/week, to enable you to continue your qualification within the framework of your current studies. The position is remunerated with 14 Euro per hour.
As Student Assistant in People & Organizational Development, you will support the further development of Welthungerhilfe's global Learning & Training opportunities. This position offers you the chance to delve deeply into global personnel and organizational development while exploring the diverse activities of one of Germany's largest aid organizations.Together with your team, you will make a significant contribution to positioning Welthungerhilfe for the future. Your responsibilities- Support with planning and registration for onboarding training for new employees
- Adapt the onboarding training, especially for French-speaking colleagues
- Answer questions and guide colleagues through the training search process
- Support with data cleansing and adapting the learning management platform
- Revise the intranet page as well as presentations and documents for People & Organizational Development
- Support with the roll-out of a new format for employee appraisals
- Support the skills-based structuring of the Learning Management Platform's offerings for various target groups
- Support in the day-to-day planning and organization of face-to-face and digital training and other development measures
Your profile
You would be a suitable match for our team if you- are an enrolled student, ideally in education or social sciences, i.e. psychology or business studies.
- are very experienced in using Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
- are interested in digital learning and online learning opportunities.
- have knowledge of personnel and organizational development.
- are a communicative, cooperative personality and enjoy working in a team.
- have organizational skills, work independently and have a high sense of responsibility.
- bring a sense of humor and reliability to the workplace.
- have a very good command of English, as our team is multicultural and Welthungerhilfe works in almost 40 countries. A good knowledge of German and/or French is desirable but not mandatory.
