WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
In our Master Data teams, we maintain the customer and supplier master data of BASF Group companies in EMEA and develop workflow solutions that support cooperation with our contact persons in purchasing, sales and finance. On top we are responsible of checking all the bank details maintained in BASF's business partner adhering to our internal Fraud Prevention requirements.
- In this team you are responsible for the validation and maintenance of business partner's bank data in SAP S/4HANA.
- While processing request in a Workflow you have to validate the correctness and completeness of maintained bank details.
- Your tasks include providing reports and lists as well as the support within optimization projects.
- Additionally, you will work close with our inhouse fraud prevention community to improve processes and increase security.
- commercial vocational training or studies and ideally first professional experience in the field of master data
- basic knowledge of accounting or business administration in relation to legal forms and management
- safe handling of MS Office and first experiences with SAP S/4HANA
- fluent communication skills in English, further language skills (Italian, Hungarian, French) are an advantage
- strong analytical sense and an eye for details is required
- Gross annual salary (full-time): 33.000 - 37.000 €, depending on qualifications and work experience, 38.000 - 44.000 € possible with correspondingly higher qualifications.
