Tasks
  • Coordination of personnel matters in close cooperation with the management and the central HR department
  • Contact person for employees for all questions relating to personnel issues
  • Administration and maintenance of employee holiday and absence data
  • Assisting the commercial and operational management with administrative tasks
  • Supporting the team with administrative and organisational activities in day-to-day business
  • Organising and following up on customer appointments, presentations and meetings to ensure smooth processes
  • Managing and optimising the general office organisation for an efficient working environment
Qualification
  • Completed commercial training with professional experience in the relevant field
  • Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook) to organise efficient work processes
  • Good written and spoken English skills for professional communication in an international environment
  • Class B driving licence for flexibility and mobility in everyday working life
