Mission: In this role, you will support the execution of the marketing plans for DACH & Be Nelux with the goal of driving brand building initiatives and sustainable sell-through results.
Reporting to: Brand & Customer Marketing Manager DACH & Be Ne Lux
Key responsibilities:
- Support the execution the marketing mix for the DACH & Be Ne Lux (Sportswear & Workwear)
- Support the activation of the local PR agencies
- Manage the relationship with key local brand ambassadors & partnerships for asset generation & storytelling through PR & HH’s owned channels
- Organize & support the execution of local events (PR, Consumer or Trade facing activities)
- Development of KA sell-in & sell-through programs (in-store & digital)
- Support the development and distribution of marketing materials for tech clinics & staff trainings
- Manage and adapt assets for use across omni-channels
- Execute projects within budget
Experience/Skills:
- University degree or similar in the field of Marketing/Business
- Internship experiences within marketing (preference for sports/outdoor industry)
- Very strong verbal & written communication skills in English & German (Dutch is a plus, but not a must)
- Strong presentation skills
- Good skills in MS-Office, especially in Power-Point
- Willing to multitask and work under pressure, with ability to prioritize effectively
- Strong project management and coordination skills
- Effectively balance autonomy and collaboration
- Understanding of the retail and sporting goods environment is a plus
- Experience with digital & in-store customer campaigns
- Interest in technical apparel & footwear
- Having a holistic view & understanding of importance of sales and marketing collaboration
- Adaptable to changing demands and circumstances
