What You'll Do
As a member of the Product Management team, you will play a critical role in data-driven decision-making processes and operational tasks, helping to shape and optimize our product portfolio through the use of analytics and data insights.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assist in streamlining operational processes for a portfolio of products using data-driven insights to optimize product strategies and recommend feature prioritizations based on key performance metrics.
- Define and track success metrics (OKRs/KPIs) and analyze product data to monitor the performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead the creation and updating of product dashboards that integrate key data analytics to inform and drive strategic decisions across the product lifecycle.
- Translate large-scale data initiatives into smaller actionable items by breaking down data requirements and supporting their integration into product strategies.
- Perform market assessments, user interviews, and A/B testing to gather and analyze data, delivering actionable insights that inform product improvements and strategic roadmaps.
- Map out data personas and consumer profiles, leveraging data to ensure customer needs are met and incorporated into product development.
- Serve as a champion of data literacy within the organization, promoting data-driven decision-making and fostering adoption of analytics tools and methodologies.
- Monitor usage and behavior data across products to proactively identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Drive internal operational improvement projects, leveraging data analytics to ensure efficiency and strategic alignment in product and process transformation.
- Contribute to product lifecycle documentation, monitoring, and updates, incorporating analytics and key insights to continuously improve the development process.
You can work up to 20 hours/week during your semesters and up to 40 hours/week during your vacation time. The role offers enough flexibility to combine personal, academic and professional life. This is a temporary role from min. 12 to max. 24 months. You need to be an enrolled university student in Germany.
What You'll BringStrong data analytics background-Proven experience in working with data, defining key metrics, and leveraging data analytics tools such as Excel and Tableau to make strategic product decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills-You can clearly present data-driven insights and complex information to stakeholders, including both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams-You effectively use data to synthesize complex information and guide decision-making, even without formal authority. Experience with A/B testing, user interviews, and market assessments-You can perform and interpret data from various user research methods to inform product decisions.
Global experience preferred-You bring a global perspective and are comfortable working in diverse, cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and driving data adoption across regions.
