WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU AS HR-INSTORE (m/f/d) IN FULLTIME (37,5 h./week)

FOR OUR BERSHKA FLAGSHIP STORE IN MUNICH-KAUFINGERSTRAßE !

• You are the contact person for our store team with regard to all personnel-related topics, training and further education.
• You will be responsible for supporting and advising employees on all HR development issues and processes and will develop operational HR strategies in close coordination with the Store Managers.
• Through regular KPI analyses, you will always keep an eye on the HR key performance indicators in the store and develop appropriate action plans accordingly.
• You will also support the store managers in areas such as staff selection, onboarding new employees, staff deployment planning and vacation planning.
• Furthermore , you will provide training and coaching, for example to increase motivation or on topics such as health & safety.
• In addition, you will work with other HR team members to develop new programs for the training and development of internal employees.

• Experience in retail as a manager and/or trainer
• A degree in business administration or comparable training
• Passion for and enjoyment of personnel development and working with people
• Empathy, assertiveness and strong communication skills
• Structured way of working and organizational talent
• Ability to work in a team, independence and a positive mindset
• Good command of English
