About the Role:We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Account Manager with expertise in the Automotive Industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in test & measurement solutions for e-Mobility and Software-Defined Vehicles, as well as extensive experience in managing key accounts in this fields.
This role is based in South Germany.
Responsibilities:
Drive Sales Success:
- Actively sell test & measurement solutions to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Anticipate customer needs, challenge the status quo, and build a robust sales pipeline with both short-term and long-term opportunities
- Establish and maintain strong relationship with customers stakeholders/key decision-makers
- Develop and deliver value-based selling strategies to ensure high customer engagement
- Work closely with customers on-site to understand their unique needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Build a long-term relationship with major accounts
- Negotiate and finalize purchasing agreements to drive mutual success

- Deliver on sales objectives
- Drive growth in solutions and service-based opportunities

Qualifications:
- A successful proven track record in test & measurement sales (minimum 5 years) – ideally experience in working with major automotive accounts
- A deep understanding of the Automotive Industry, including its key drivers and challenges in the coming years
- A history of delivering consistent sales growth and exceptional account management results – skills in selling solutions and services
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or equivalent field
- Fluency in German is essential for this role
- Willingness to travel frequently (50%+) and work closely with customers on-site
