To strengthen our service team at our location in Ettlingen or remotely from North Rhine-Westphalia, we are looking for someone for the position: Field-Serviceengineer (m/w/d).
Aufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten:
- National Service & Support on-site for FT-IR, NIR- and Raman-Spektroscopy systems as well as other technologies
- Installation, repair, maintenance, upgrades, system diagnoses, relocation support
- Process-Integration pof analytical instruments
- Network integration of von of analytical systems with dedicated software solutions
- Familiarization of users with instruments and applications
- If needed: support the remote-solution center
- If needed: support of in-house repairs
- If needed: support with Service relevant document generation
Qualifikationen:
Personality:
- Customer centralized acting, thinking in solutions, accepting responsibilities and team spirit
- Can-do-attitude!
- Solid knowledge with all modern PC and network standards
- Self-responsible working and time management combined with flexibility
- Willingness to travel several days per week
Qualifications:
- Degree in electronics/electric/mechatronic or comparable experiences
- Solid technical knowledge in electronics, mechanics, ideally in optics as well
- Proven track record in FT-IR, NIR-, Raman-Spectroscopy as wellas remote diagnoses and/or microscopy is a clear plus
- Field Service experience
- Fluent in German, solid English in speech and writing
