About the role
As our Trading Manager, you will:
- Develop and execute trading strategies aligned with business objectives and market conditions.
- Lead and manage a team of analysts/graduates to support EMEA markets, ensuring quality and timely delivery of insights.
- Act as the main point of contact for market and central teams, facilitating communication and alignment.
- Collaborate with local market teams to contextualize insights and deliver deeper analysis.
- Coordinate projects with internal and external partners, ensuring timely deliveries and project flows.
- Provide operational support, including reporting and best practice sharing, to optimize trading activities.
- Conduct on-site audits and execute shared insights to enhance customer experience and adhere to best practices.
- Lead deep dives supporting markets in analytics needs, working across various teams and functions.
- Train and develop analysts/graduates, creating training materials and organizing training sessions.
- Coach and mentor team members, providing feedback and opportunities for improvement.
About you
To succeed in the role, we expect you to have:
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to identify new opportunities.
- Proficiency in Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and other analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills at all stakeholder levels.
- Project management skills, able to organize priorities and work efficiently to deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset, comfortable working with colleagues across countries and cultures.
- Previous experience in digital and e Commerce, preferably in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
- Owner-first mindset, understanding and prioritizing actions that enhance owner experience.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a bias for action and a positive attitude.
- Fluent in English; additional language skill, beneficial.
- Experience in team management and leadership, driving accountability and fostering innovation.
