Sales Representative – German Speaker

We are looking for a Sales Representative with fluent German and English to join a high-performing commercial team focused on driving customer growth, retention, and long-term value. Your Mission
In this role, you will:
- Own and achieve your revenue targets by selling and renewing products/services within your assigned territory
- Identify and execute upsell opportunities to maximize customer value and account growth
- Guide customers through onboarding and ensure fast, successful product adoption
- Help clients unlock full product value, improving usage behaviors and accelerating time-to-value
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes and customer experience
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in CRM systems (Salesforce / Microsoft Dynamics)
- Act as a trusted partner for customers, building long-term, high-quality relationships
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who is both commercially driven and customer-obsessed:
- Fluent in German (C1/C2) and English (B2+), written and spoken
- 2–3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles (preferred)
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets / quotas
- Strong communicator with the ability to build trust quickly in fast-paced environments
- Comfortable working with CRM tools (Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus)
- Tech-savvy, quick learner with strong analytical and data handling skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities with structure and efficiency
- Team player with a strong customer-first mindset
