Take an active role in our small, friendly and customer-oriented team. Provide service to our customers and support the sales team. The vacancy is part-time (20-25 h/week) and arises from January 2025.

ABLIC Europe is the European subsidiary of Japanese analog semiconductor company ABLIC Inc., located in Tokyo and integrated since 2020 into the Japanese Minebea Mitsumi Group.

Your responsibilities: Administrate orders, check availability and follow up the order status.

For received orders, make sure that the internal purchase request is placed with our global headquarter in Japan.
Take care for our customers in Germany and other European countries by keeping them informed about everything related to their order, e.g., delivery planning.
Support preparation of offers in close cooperation with the sales team.
In our office, we share administrative tasks such as filing, mail handling, ordering delivery services etc.
Maintain the customer data base.

Co-operate with the sales team to enhance efficiency in the sales process.

Your Profile: You have successfully completed commercial vocational training or have a comparable qualification in internal sales.

Initial professional experience in internal sales and customer service.
You have good IT skills in MS Office (Excel, e.g., you can operate Pivot tables).
Due to our international customer base, you have fluency in business English.
Fluent German required.
You have a structured way of working, an independent working style, can set priorities and coordinate tasks well.
You show a high level of commitment and flexibility.
