- Begleitung von cross-border M&A Transaktionen insbesondere Public M&A insbesondere
- Beratung der Kunden während der Transaktion Inhouse und vor Ort
- Steuerung und Durchführung von M&A Transaktionen / Koordination der Execution
- Anleitung und Ausbildung von Associates und Analysten
- 5-8 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich M&A / Corporate Finance einer Investmentbank, Corporate Finance oder Unternehmensberatung
- Ausgezeichnete akademische Ausbildung
- Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse sowie idealerweise in eine weiteren Sprache
