Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive and implement ABB’s employer branding and marketing strategies. Each day, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment between branding efforts and business targets. You will also showcase your expertise by focusing on enhancing reputation and attracting top talent.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive employer branding strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring an authentic representation of ABB’s culture and values and leading initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation and attract top talent
  • Collaborating closely with Talent Acquisition, Marketing & Communications, HR Business Partners and Business Leaders, you gain insights into their needs and create proactive branding initiatives (action plans, engaging content, social media presence, targeted campaigns, etc.)
  • Defining, developing, and executing employer branding strategies that resonate with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Positioning our company in the right channels, events, and platforms to engage the talents we want to build long-lasting relationships with and to attract our workforce
  • Last but not least, working alongside the Talent Acquisition Manager to develop and manage an effective employer branding strategy and budget for Germany, defining and tracking key performance indicators and metrics to measure the success and impact of employer branding efforts, utilizing data and analytics
Qualifications for the role
  • Several years of experience in employer branding
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources / Business / Marketing / Communications or related field or relevant experience
  • Strong communication skills and business fluency in German and English
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships, network and influence relevant business stakeholders
  • Strong end-to-end process thinking with experience to run branding projects
  • Positive to have experience in the German talent market, especially for engineer jobs
  • High commitment, ownership, inclusive mind-set, curiosity and collaborative approach
