This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Industrial Supervisor to lead comprehensive project management and support across mechanical and electrical engineering projects. The role emphasizes on-field work and international assignments, ensuring successful project execution from planning to completion.
- Site Supervision: Oversee the installation, relocation, and maintenance of industrial machinery and equipment.
- Team Leadership: Manage and coordinate teams of electricians and mechanics, ensuring efficient task execution and resource allocation.
- Project Coordination: Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Technical Oversight: Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting for mechanical and electrical systems.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations, conduct risk assessments, and implement preventive measures.
- Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients on-site to ensure requirements are met and address any technical concerns.
- Quality Control: Ensure high standards of workmanship, conducting regular site inspections and audits
- Languages: Must speak Chinese, English, and the local language of residence in Europe.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in an industrial supervisory role within mechanical or electrical projects.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of industrial machinery installation, electrical wiring, and mechanical systems.
- Education: Technical degree or qualification in Mechanical or Electrical fields.
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience in managing and motivating technical teams.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.
- Travel: Willingness to travel internationally for project assignments.
