We’re now looking for production assistants to help us realize this vision and lay the foundation for several new openings in the following months.
Tasks
What Success Looks Like in the Early Months:
- You have efficiently taken and processed customer orders with accuracy and a friendly attitude.
- You have assisted in the preparation of food and beverages according to our standards.
- You have maintained cleanliness and organization in the store, ensuring it is presentable at all times
- You have supported inventory management by assisting with stock replenishment and inventory checks.
- You have collaborated with team members to ensure smooth operations during your shift.
- You have engaged with customers, addressing inquiries and concerns to ensure a pleasant experience.
Requirements
What You Need to Succeed:
- Previous experience in a hospitality role, preferably in the food or retail industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive, friendly, and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Willingness to collaborate and assist team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service.
- Fluent in English; German proficiency is a plus.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
