Oversee the development of battery cells, ensuring all technical processes are considered

• Resolve conflicting goals and make sound technical decisions
• Design battery cells in line with customer requirements
• Manage and assess technical maturity and associated risks
• Lead feasibility studies and conduct root cause analysis
• Document and present project outcomes
• Degree in mechanical engineering, production engineering, chemical engineering, or a comparable field
• Several years of work experience in battery cell development, from laboratory scale to mass production
• Project management experience
• Strong team-working skills, with a willingness and desire to collaborate in an innovative and international environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexible working hours from 28 to 40h per week
• 30 days leave per year + 10 days unpaid leave
