Aufgabe: Calendar Management: Organize and maintain the CEOs' schedule, ensuring smooth coordination of appointments and meetings

Inbox Management: Oversee and prioritize email correspondence, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups
Management of appointments: Coordinate and book appointments, maintaining accurate records and reminders
Planning and scheduling: Provide assistance in organizing and scheduling internal and external meetings, events, and travel
Guest reception: Assist with the reception of visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
Telephone reception (secondary): Handle incoming phone calls and messages as needed

Qualifikation: Proficiency in managing calendars, emails, and appointments

Excellent communication skills in both German and English, both written and spoken. Minimum requirement: C1. Preferably a native speaker of one of the working languages
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Prior experience (3+ years) in an administrative or office management role for the executive suite in an international setting
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work under pressure
Precise and detail-oriented
