Deine Aufgaben
In this role, you will leverage your passion for entrepreneurship education and personal development to shape and deliver innovative educational programs.You will oversee the seamless execution of these programs while maintaining close communication with stakeholders and participants.In addition, you will collaborate with senior experts from the team to enhance learning experiences and implement new educational concepts and will continuously develop our offerings - in line with our principles of project-based, transformative education.
You will take over responsibilities in a variety of fields, including:
Program development and delivery: Develop curricula and engaging learning experiences, with a focus on hands-on, project-based approaches. Create learning materials and case studies, and co-facilitate interactive sessions and program activities, ensuring participants are actively engaged in the learning process.
Organization of educational formats: Lead activities like curriculum planning, logistical operations, and the coordination of events, workshops, and roundtable discussions with external partners. Ensure smooth format operations, including room setup, catering arrangements, and gathering participant feedback for continuous improvement.
Project management and administration: Manage the planning, implementation, and timing of all activities within education projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met. Oversee project documentation and reporting, collaborating with various partners to achieve program goals.
Communication and stakeholder management: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external trainers, participants, and partners, ensuring clear and consistent communication to ensure successful program outcomes. Supervise and guide student teams throughout the program, providing support and mentorship.
Dein Profil
Experience in organizing, designing, or delivering educational programs, especially in the fields of innovation or entrepreneurshipProven track record of successfully managing projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
Team player with a willingness to challenge the status quo
Independent, reliable and detail-oriented working style
Great communication skills and ability to form strong relationships with (future) partners and participants
Fluent English and German
Applicants at all stages of their careers and with all kinds of professional backgrounds (also unconventional ones) are welcome to apply; experience as a founder or early-stage employee at a startup is a strong plus
