Account Executive (m/f/d)

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
- Prior experience in Business Development, Sales, Key Account Management, or Account Management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent German skills and strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- A basic understanding of national and international trade and supply chain management is a plus.

- Facilitate and oversee transactions on the marketplace to ensure seamless trade between buyers and suppliers.
- Collaborate with both buyers and suppliers to address any issues, inquiries, or challenges that may arise during the trading process.
- Stay informed about market trends, product demand, and industry dynamics to make informed trading decisions.
- Conduct regular analysis of trade data and provide insights to enhance trading strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both buyers and suppliers to foster long-term partnerships.
- Address any concerns or feedback from clients and work towards effective problem resolution.
- Work closely with the technology team to provide feedback on platform functionality and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure all trades comply with relevant regulations and internal policies. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and contribute to the development of compliance protocols.
