Become part of our team and contribute to the development and optimization of Henkel’s data assets through innovative engineering practices Your role will involve designing, building, and maintaining a variety of data solutions, from analytics reporting pipelines to projects in data science, including GenAI applications Take on a diverse set of tasks within analytics and data science, applying your expertise to contribute significantly across different projects Work collaboratively in our agile team setting, aiming for the swift delivery of high-quality data products Become a crucial, adaptable member of our organization, exploring and realizing the potential of data to impact various Henkel functions You can shape your career with various training, rotation, and development programs while enjoying several employee benefits we have at Henkel YOUR SKILLS Master’s degree in data engineering, data science, or a related field At least 5 years of experience in data engineering or data science, showcasing a history of developing and managing extensive data infrastructures Proficiency in Python and a good understanding of the Azure cloud ecosystem, with a focus on cloud-based data solutions and services A strong base in software engineering principles, including familiarity with code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD practices Demonstrated skills in data modeling, feature engineering, and managing model lifecycles, with practical experience in MLFlow or similar platforms Knowledge of finance principles is a plus, providing additional value in understanding and supporting financial data analysis and reporting within Henkel Excellent English communication skills, both in writing and speaking, to facilitate productive collaboration in an international team setting At Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
