We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned professional for a seasoned hands-on leader with a robust leadership and consultancy background . As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in leading our infrastructure team and driving pre-sales activities related to infrastructure solutions.

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor the infrastructure team, providing strategic direction and technical expertise
Drive pre-sales activities related to infrastructure solutions, working closely with clients to understand business requirements and provide tailored solutions
Implement and cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code
Configure and manage Kubernetes clusters and Helm charts for container orchestration and deployment
Provide Dev Ops expertise to clients to streamline their application development and deployment processes
Collaborate with other consultants, engineers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions
Continuously learn and stay up-to-date on new technologies and trends in the cloud infrastructure space

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
Over 10 years of hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure design, implementation, and maintenance
At least 3 years of experience of leading and mentoring a team effectively
Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering projects
Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment
Robust technical knowledge of Google Cloud Platform services, with a focus on GCP Networking, Cloud Native, and GCP Security products
Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code and Configuration as Code tools such as Terraform, Cloud Formation and Ansible
Proficiency with CICD tools, including Jenkins, Gitlab, or Cloud Build
In-depth understanding of Kubernetes and Helm for effective container orchestration and deployment
Previous experience with Cloud migration and VMware is an advantage
One or more of the following certifications: Google Certified Professional Cloud Architect, Google Certified Professional Network Engineer, or Google Certified Associate Cloud Engineer
Mobility, a willingness to travel, and proficiency in English and German languages
