About the Job
Are you a motivated, communicative, and customer-oriented candidate looking to grow your career in sales? We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our Latex Binders team with a focus on CASE markets (construction, coatings, adhesives, sealants, fiber bonding).This role is ideal for a junior sales professional, a customer service representative eager to develop into commercial roles, or a recent graduate with a passion for sales as well as relevant work experience from internships or the like.
You will be at the frontline of our business, identifying and developing new leads, nurturing existing customer relationships, and supporting the commercial team in driving business growth. With hands-on training and mentorship, this role offers a clear path for career progression into Account Management and Technical Sales roles.
Verantwortungsbereiche:
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities through lead generation, follow-ups, and proactive outreach.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing and new customers, building strong relationships.
- Lead negotiations, regular price/volume discussions, and contract management. Strong commercial acumen.
- Work closely with the external sales and marketing teams to support business growth.
- Handle inquiries, quotations, and transactional sales with a customer-focused mindset.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide insights on market trends.
- Support internal commercial projects to improve sales processes and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (R&D, commercial, operations) to deliver best-in-class solutions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics. Assist in development of segment strategies, value propositions and product development for our targeted markets.
Qualifikationen:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field.
- Some experience in sales, customer service, or commercial roles is an advantage. A passion for sales and customer interaction is a must!
- Enthusiastic and proactive sales mindset, eager to develop in a commercial role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – confident in engaging with customers.
- Fast-paced, self-motivated, proactive, organized and agile – thrives in a dynamic growth environment. Strong business acumen and analytical thinking.
- Language skills beyond English and Germany are highly valued.
