To support our e-Development team we are looking for a PHP Back-End Developer (m/f/x).

• You’ll be a key part of our DEV team, directly contributing to the development and maintenance of our website aohostels.com and our innovative online products
• Your focus will be on developing and optimizing our self-check-in kiosks, making our guests' arrival as smooth as possible
• New tools to support our operational processes? Your input will not just be asked for, but celebrated!
• Daily technical challenges of a growing European hostel chain are waiting for you

• Profound knowledge of PHP and experience with MVC frameworks, ideally Laravel
• Good understanding of MySQL
• Experience with frontend frameworks like Vue.js is a bonus
• An open attitude towards new technologies and a goal-oriented work ethic
• A love for travel and willingness to occasionally visit our locations
• As this position cannot be filled remotely , a residence in or near Berlin is required
