- Salary up to €40K, according to experience
- Fix term contract until September 2027

RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of collections and develop a deep understanding of products to consistently exceed KPIsDeliver an exceptional client experience with a strong focus on CRM, client book management, and after-sales service
Act as a brand ambassador, building and nurturing relationships with new and VIP clients
Support daily operations in collaboration with the team and management, ensuring impeccable standards across the sales floor, stockroom, and visual merchandising
REQUIREMENTS
4+ years of experience in the luxury fashion industryProven experience working with KPIs, CRM tools, and client appointments
Fluency in German and English
