BMS Engineer

We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an experienced BMS Engineer to join our team in Frankfurt, Germany.

Below is a list of typical duties but is not exclusive of all duties that are required to be carried out during the project.

Responsibilities:

• Experience with the BMS + ENMS Systems.
• Support of Site Safety in conjunction with the Project Manager and the Winthrop Technologies Advisor. This will include assistance with the setup and closing out of the safety file as part of the team.
• Drive a focused Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental culture within your team.
• Assistance on all costs associated with your package including:
• Sub-contractors
• Material deliveries and goods receipting.
• Plant and Equipment
• Variations
• Valuations
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed closely.
• Manage, Monitor and Chair key aspects such as Site Meetings, Internal Project Reviews, Engineering Reviews, Planning and Co-ordination Meetings, Contractor Resource levels and Handover Meetings.
• Manage and Monitor Design aspects including – Technical Submittals, RFI/TQ’s, Design development from RIBA stage 4 to RIBA Stage 6.
• Support Commissioning Activities through all Stages from Level 1 to Level 5.
• All other duties associated with the role.

Requirements

Requirements:

• 3-4 years experience as BMS Engineer in large-scale projects and data Centres experience is advantageous
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Experience dealing with Industrial Relations issues
• Knowledge of Health & Safety
• Experienced in design and build
