About the job.
The Industrial Supply Chain Manager (I-SCM) is responsible for managing the entire production landscape to ensure that our end products are always supported by the most cost-effective production location and the latest semi-finished-product versions.
Furthermore, the I-SCM has to manage industrial projects including the agreed quantity ramp-up plan quantities and represents SCM in industrial projects, but also in “New Product introduction” projects, which include the integration of a new external production site to complement our existing manufacturing landscape.

The I-SCM supports all SCM-relevant topics to ensure that SCM requirements are considered and met.

This is your new job:

  • Lead volume ramp-up (VRU) teams for industrial projects incl. onboardings, transfer and product optimization projects.
  • Represent Supply Chain Management in critical industrial projects.
  • Safeguard product change notifications (PCN) implementation according to agreed plans.
  • Monitor and report VRU and PCN Implementation with respect to SCM related initiatives.
  • Define and ensure implementation of new “goods and financial flows” for internal manufacturing and subcontractors when introducing new suppliers and factories.
  • Ensure correct supply chain set up within the VRUs and project teams.
  • Ensure all business requirements are fulfilled.
  • Act as advocate for supply chain needs.
  • Lead / participate in Nexperia SCM projects.
  • Drive process and cost down improvements for VRU, PCN Implementation and SCM involvement in industrial projects.
  • Clean up obsolete supply chains in cooperation with Product Marketing to keep our systems lean and minimize complexity.

This is you:

  • Degree in business administration or similar.
  • More than 3 years of relevant experience in a comparable industry sector.
  • Experience in supply chain- and project environments are preferable.
  • Ability to lead VRU teams and to work as member in international teams.
  • Independence / decision-making ability.
  • Hands-on mentality to drive into details.
  • Strong analytical skills to tackle complex problems and structures.
  • Proficient with MS Office and SAP platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills and able to build relationships based on trust and knowledge.
  • Proficiency in English language.
