- Conduct training with a focus on EASA guidelines, Airbus 80-T, drawing reading, aviation law and process changes
- Evaluate training effectiveness and initiate retraining or improvement measures as needed
- Supporting the selection and supervision of trainees in the field of aircraft mechanics and production engineering
- Ensuring continuous controlling of training measures for quality assurance
- Responsibility for the management and maintenance of the CBT tool for digital training support
- Completed training as an aircraft mechanic in production engineering or comparable IHK metal training with sound experience in aircraft structural engineering
- Successfully completed master craftsman training, for example as an industrial foreman in metal or aviation technology
- Many years of experience as a technical trainer or mentor, ideally in the aviation industry
- Strong didactic and pedagogical skills, proven by a trainer licence or an instructor aptitude test
- Comprehensive knowledge of aviation legislation and the principles of human factors
- Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
