Strengthen the team of the World Communion of Reformed Churches (WCRC) from 1st April 2026 or as soon as possible. We are a church corporation under public law in Germany. The office of WCRC coordinates initiatives worldwide in the areas of justice, advocacy, renewal of church life, mission, theology, and ecumenical and interreligious dialogue.

Our office is located in Hannover, Germany.

As an administrator you will coordinate the event management and administrative systems within the organization and support the office of the General Secretariat. As a member of the administrative team, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing office management tools, developing and coordinating IT systems and support (including project, database, financial and document management), human resources management, and building management.

You will report directly to the General Secretary and work closely with the multinational team of the office.

Tasks

We expect from you
  • a degree (FH-Diplom or Bachelor) in the field of administration, business administration, economics or a qualification for the higher non-technical administrative service or a comparable—if necessary also acquired abroad—recognized education;
  • three years of professional experience with experience and knowledge in administration;
  • advanced user skills in project and event management and other IT-based systems;
  • willingness to travel occasionally for a full day or several days;
  • talent to work independently and systematically and organizational skills;
  • enjoyment in working in an international team;
  • openness to constructive feedback in an open and friendly manner;
  • empathy with Christian values based on the Protestant church and commitment to the goals of the WCRC.
