• Your Responsibilities as Marketing Specialist (f/m/x)
• Content Creation: Support marketing managers creating and posting engaging content for various social media platforms and blogs.
• Be responsible to oversee the content plan for the Swiss market in French, English and German. Work and align content plan through Online, Marketing and PR Managers
• Reputation Management: Oversee reputation sites such as Google, Kununu, and Trustpilot. Respond to customer feedback in German promptly and professionally.
• Online Monitoring: Monitor online discussions and trends to maintain a positive
• company image
• Support Marketing team: Assist the marketing team with projects like reporting, intranet page updates.
• Social Media Management: Manage social media pages including LinkedIn, Dynamic Signal, and support advertising activities for example for podcast/broadcast platforms
• Reporting: Utilize reporting platforms to track and analyze social media performance like Amplify and help to get monthly reporting for the business
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, pr, legal and district teams

• Language Skills: Proficiency in English, German (native), and French (fluent written) is essential for overseeing content for the Swiss market.
• Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in Language, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
• Experience: Perennial experience in content programs, content translations (French, English), social media management, or reputation management
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with B2B social media platforms (LinkedIn, Dynamic Signal, Spotify), reputation management sites (Google, Kununu, Trustpilot), and reporting tools (Amplify)
• Content Creation: Strong writing skills responding adequately to customer feedback (in German) and to create engaging content for various platforms (In German and French)
• Analytical Skills: Ability to monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance for monthly reporting
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German, English and French
• Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with marketing, legal, and district teams, strong ability to work in a team
• Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail / lecturing skills
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
