The global HR Group Functions Data & Systems department supports the company with cutting-edge digital solutions for managing the employee lifecycle based on HR data. To realise this vision, the Data & Systems team ensures the absolute data accuracy of our global population of more than fifteen thousand people in over 70 countries.This internship offers you the opportunity to work with the team in Bonn as well as with colleagues in the Czech Republic, India, the Netherlands and Costa Rica, broadening your global perspective.
Your tasks- You will support data and system tasks and analyse personal data in order to drive forward digitalisation in Germany.
- Your profile
- Compulsory internship/voluntary internship in the Bachelor's programme, gap year or current Master's programme in business administration, IT, finance or a comparable degree programme with a focus on data analysis (matriculation required)
- Microsoft Excel (macros, VBA/Power Query) Advanced (essential)
- Power BI Advanced (desirable)
- Data analytics skills (desirable)
- Very good English language skills, German language skills at least B1
- Team player, very good analytical, organisational and communication skills, reliable, ability to handle sensitive confidential data
