Wommelsdorff is a luxury hand-knitwear label located in Berlin Mitte, continuously growing in business. Since more than 10 years, we are manufacturing in Germany – one of a kind – hand knitted cashmere knitwear for selected international retail stores.

Twice a year the new collection including new colors is presented at the Fashion Week in Paris.

Due to the high quality, the comfort of wear and the feel-good factor of our knitwear, we have a reputation for understated luxury.
Good communication with the team and to keep up a productively good mood, is the greatest responsibility of the office manager. The trustful and personal relation to our retailers from international luxury boutiques is essential. Become part of our team and support Wommelsdorff to build on these relations.
We are looking for a part-time

Office Manager (m/w/d)

As office manager you are working closely together with the founder and head of design and are on her side in all matters:
  • You support her in all daily duties and in communication with the clients – mainly international luxury retailers.
  • You solve any issues before they become problems.
  • You support the creative setting for the design of two collection per year.
  • You keep an eye on preorders, order confirmations and are in control of all incoming and outgoing orders, deliveries, and invoices.
  • You are responsible for the accurate recording of all documents for forwarding to accounting.
  • You keep an eye on office and production supplies to ensure that everything needed is stocked and available.
  • You are in close communication with our production manager, who oversees the manufacturing process.
Requirements:
  • English fluent in written and spoken language / German
  • Excel / Word
  • Indesign or Adobe suites or similar
