Corporate Insurance Specialist (m/f/d)

As a Corporate Insurance Specialist (m/f/d) at SGB-SMIT in the Finance department, you will be responsible for the effective administration of global insurance contracts.

Your tasks will include:

Administration of global insurance contracts, including invoice verification, follow-up of contractual obligations and submission of risk data for annual renewal.
Claims management in close cooperation with our insurance broker and internal departments.
Advising internal departments on insurance related issues to ensure all departments are well informed.
Reviewing insurance-related requirements for customer orders to ensure that all risks are adequately covered.

General documentation and correspondence between internal departments and our insurance broker, insurers and surveyors to ensure a smooth flow of information.

Your profile:
Successfully completed training as a business administrator or ideally a specialist in insurance and finance or comparable qualification
Initial experience in the field of corporate insurance in an industrial or commercial environment desirable
Confident handling of MS Office and good SAP knowledge an advantage
Strong self-organized and communicative way of working paired with high quality awareness

Very good written and spoken German and English skills
