A Snapshot of Your Day

As Production Controller (f/m/d) you are in the lead of monitoring the company's cashflow. You keep track of planned cash-in's and out's and independently drive the execution of planned measures. Additionally, you consolidate and analyze NCE and Cashflow items and provide at least monthly updates in form of a management reporting including recommendations for decisions.

Besides the responsibility for NCE and Cashflow, it is expected that you continuously drive the establishment of company's financial reporting system with focus on standardization, automation and digitalization. You do that by always keeping the shareholder's interest in focus and guide the JV FIN team to provide the relevant information in an efficient way, on time and the adequate level of detail.

How You'll Make an Impact
  • Analyze the company's cashflow and liquidity situation and derive actions included in regular management reports
  • Ensure the realization of cashflow measures by coordinating with other departments, mainly SCM, AC, AP and AR
  • Independently drive the establishment of the company's financial reporting system and continuously improve it to ensure that company's management receives required information for decision-making
  • Guide the JV FIN team to efficiently provide necessary information for a regular and high-quality shareholder reporting package
  • With your ability to grow, you are curious about exploring new task areas and accept new responsibilities
What You Bring
  • Completed university degree in Business Administration
  • Long-term professional experience in industry sector, ideally renewable energy sector, at large as well as young and growing companies
  • Experience from working in different areas, i.e. NCE and Cashflow Reporting, Project and Bid management
  • Dedicated and a standout colleague with excellent ability to communicate effectively with partners of different hierarchical levels
  • Motivation to make an impact by working in a young and developing organization and business and curious about exploring new areas of business controlling and to learn and grow
  • You can manage multiple topics at the same time, and independently drive your tasks to completion
  • Good knowledge of SAP S4 HANA as well as knowledge of reporting systems like Focus+ and ESPRIT
  • Very good knowledge of MS- Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
