YOUR TASKSFocus on project implementation of CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) and later on the continuous improvement and processing the management of this topic globally with the following tasks:
- Support in setting up the system of the CSRD project.
- Collecting data with the local entities and for k DE.
- Checking the data.
- Determination of all qualitative KPIs.
- Writing the sustainability report (consolidated financial statements) holistically.
- Project assistance for CSRD.
- Implement EU taxonomy - drivers.
- Documentation of the KPIs in Orgavision.
Ongoing tasks – within and after project implementation:
- Evaluation.
- Reporting.
- Continuous improvement process.
- Taking over PM role for business as usual for CSRD.
- Negotiating with suppliers - getting the right data pipeline to us.
- Monitoring and implementing changes in legislation.
- Writing the sustainability report (consolidated financial statements) holistically.
- Support in usual controlling topics like other controlling members.
In general as part of the controlling team you will be also responsible for:
- The preparation and analysis of monthly reporting.
- The development and provision of any kind of ad hoc analyses.
- You will closely cooperate with our subsidiaries.
- You have at least 4 years of professional experience in the field of Accounting/Controlling and a degree in business administration or a vocational training with focus on Controlling/Accounting (e.g. industrial clerk).
- Approximately 4 years of experience in Controlling.
- MS Office applications, especially Excel and have application experience with ERP solutions (Microsoft Access is a plus).
- You are able to communicate on a professional basis in English as well as in German. A very good understanding and writing in German is essential.
- You characterize yourself as analytical, stress-resistant and problem-solving oriented team player and are communicative and empathetic.
- You have an independent way of working and quick comprehension.
- You are able to lead w.o. having leadership skills (Project management and strong communication skills).
