Your Role
  • Develop a network of acquaintances through business breakfasts/lunches, creating periodic meeting opportunities with the Customer, in order to increase the company's sales/customer portfolio
  • Collaborate with the HQ Client & VIC Development structure to guarantee in-store experiences aligned with customer needs and high company standards
  • Carry out the appropriate analyzes and coordinate the activities following the Experiences
  • Monitor the business performance of the VICs of the relevant stores, summarizes the business and follows the activities related to the actions implemented
  • Coordinate and control the constant mapping of VICs with the Store Managers/teams, collecting relevant information for commercial purposes
  • Support the PR office in managing activities for Celebrities, when required
  • Ensures a constant flow of information between the In Store Client Development Managers / Store Managers and the WW Client Service Development Manager
You come with
  • A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field provides a solid foundation of knowledge.
  • Several years of experience in Client Development, Client Relationship Management, or CRM Analytics.
  • Expertise in fostering clienteling practices within store teams through training, competitive insights, client discovery, and private appointments.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • A track record of designing and managing tailored client experiences.
  • A long-term vision complemented by the ability to create and implement actionable plans.
