The Team – your impact
As a reliable and seasoned Legal Counsel, your impact lies in ensuring compliance with IT and Data law requirements, providing strategic guidance on legal matters, mitigating legal risks, facilitating smooth negotiations and agreements, and fostering effective collaboration between internal stakeholders and external partners.
Your Role – meaningful & rewarding- Provide legal counsel for E.ON's central Digital Technology organization.
- Translate data/digital regulation requirements into actionable measures and support implementation.
- Draft project and operating contracts for new sales models and technologies.
- Design terms of use and frameworks for software and digital services.
- Support legal and operational compliance with data protection and digital law requirements.
- Negotiate and enable data protection agreements, including data processing and controller-to-controller agreements.
- Act as point of contact for alignment with E.ON group internal Legal or Regulatory departments.
- Several years of in-depth practical experience as an (in-house) lawyer focusing on IT-, Contract- and Data law
- You have profound experience in drafting and negotiating various types of IT contracts
- Independent, professional and solution-oriented way of working
- Capability to handle complex legal issues and challenging situations confidently
- Desire to shape things, look beyond the legal horizon and understand technical and economic backgrounds
- Strong communication skills as a team player
- Fluent German and English language skill
