Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities to drive and maximise sales and profitability
• Undertake work with a high degree of integrity, leading by eample in every situation
• Empowering team members with autonomy to accomplish tasks effectively and generate anthusiasm for a positive team spirit
• Leading and monitoring sales team and their clienteling performance through KPI's

Requirements:

• 4/5 years’ management experience in fashion ladieswear/menswear environment
• Strong leadership, inspire team to deliver exceptional customer service experience, hands on approach and proactive attitude
• Strong local connections, German and English language required

Offering:

• Salary up to €75000 depending on experience
• MBO
