Are you ready to take your early stage B2B sales experience to the next level? rhome is looking for a driven Sales and Business Development Representative (SDR) who is passionate about Tech, HR and eager to drive growth in a dynamic startup environment.

Aufgaben

🚀 Your Role:

  • Leverage your experience in SaaS sales to effectively prospect via emails, social media, and targeted calls.
  • Actively find new ways of effective lead generation and building relationships with HR executives and managers.
  • Cultivate and expand C-Level relationships within key accounts.
  • Contribute to the exploration and mastery of new market territories.
  • Assist in developing a strategic sales plan and maintain an accurate sales forecast.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to provide actionable insights.
  • Represent rhome at local meet-ups and industry events.
  • Work collaboratively to achieve and surpass sales goals and targets.

Qualifikation

🌱 We are looking for:

  • At least 3-4 years of experience in an early stage B2B sales role, preferably in a SaaS or B2B tech startup environment.
  • Someone who wants to execute the whole sales process from personal touchpoints, lead generation and also growing into closing deals and Account Executive roles
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and persuasively.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics in the SaaS industry.
  • A competitive spirit and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • A native or fluent German Speaker that is also based in Germany and able to attend events in different places.
