To grow this business in Germany we are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative who is just as passionate about employee engagement as we are!
Tasks
The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify and approach influencers and key decision makers within accounts. You will discover qualified opportunities and close them by designing and running targeted outbound campaigns to prospects, successfully identifying their needs, building rapport and establishing long-term relationships.
Responsibilities- Plan and execute lead generation activities
- Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
- Consistently achieve monthly quota of customer subscriptions
- Represent ChooseMyCompany at events
- Develop partnerships with relevant organisations
Requirements
Qualifications- Native-level German and fluent English are essential
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- At least 1 - 2 years' of relevant work experience in sales. Experience selling HR solutions to HR stakeholders would be a big benefit, but is not essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to work in a fast-moving environment
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Flexible, fast-moving working environment where your input and ideas are not just taken on-board, they are essential!
