At the earliest possible date, the Piano Strategy & Marketing Department at our headquarters in Rellingen is looking for a maternity replacement as

MARKETING ASSISTANT GERMANY (M/F/X) | LIMITED UNTIL 30.11.2025

Your duties:

• Assist in creating and executing the marketing plan and strategy
• Help organize product launch events, dealer and staff training, and digital marketing campaigns
• Support advertising, promotions, and both consumer and dealer-targeted campaigns (instore, outstore, online)
• Monitor the DE piano market and adjust plans as needed
• Facilitate communication between DE branches and the Pan European Headquarter team
• Share best practices and ideas to create a cohesive marketing plan
• Support the development of added value services to increase long-term customer retention
• Maintain proactive communication with internal teams (e.g. Sales, Yamaha Artist Services, Institutional Sales Group, Piano Services, Brand & Customer Experience Unit)
• Integrate activities into the overall marketing plan to support the Piano Strategy
• Assist in planning, controlling, and reporting the DE marketing promotional budget

Your profile:

• Interest in MI industry and in a role with a strong marketing focus
• University degree, apprenticeship, or comparable qualification in the field of marketing
• Interest in the field of marketing, experiences in marketing beneficial
• Authentic communicator adept at bridging cultures
• Seeking to challenge traditional work methods and drive team progress
• Fluent in English and German
